We are also pleased to offer additional on-line and automated services to our Progressive policyholders. Customers can call a toll-free automated response number, 1-800-876-5581, to make or confirm payments over the phone and order ID cards and declarations pages.  Or, you may access their website at www.progressive.com where you can make payments, view and print policy documents, check the status of a claim, make routine policy changes and much more.  These options are only available to Progressive policyholders.  For all other policyholders with different insurance carriers, please use the on-line service form or toll free number at the top of this page.
